I take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed members of the Indian Radio Regulatory Service Officers’ Association (IRRSA) for their support bestowed on me to take up the responsibilities as General Secretary of IRRSA. It is an honour and privilege for me to serve the members of the Association in the capacity of the General Secretary.
It is a pleasure for the present Executive Body of the IRRSA to work for the purpose for which the Association has been formed and we are committed to give best possible efforts in this endeavour.
We are aware that the members have long been yearning for a web-portal of the Association, a platform where the members can exchange their views, deliberate on various matters, refer for professionally relevant information etc. We are very pleased and excited to launch the much desired web-portal of IRRSA with the domain name irrsa.in. We have not limited the usefulness of the web-portal to the members only; there is separate section for ‘citizen awareness’ wherein various information related to radio spectrum management pertaining to the general public/ citizens/ radio spectrum users are also available. This will complement the Government’s effort in disseminating useful information to the citizens.
I, on behalf of the Executive Body, congratulate the entire Executive Body, the members who helped in the development of the portal, and also the members who encouraged us in this endeavour.
