The Executive Body through its General Secretary will conduct all business and affairs of Association. General Secretary can take up any matter with the Government of India and important cases involving major changes in the departmental policy or issue, which affect the interest of the members in general, after eliciting opinion of the members of the Association, if it is considered necessary by the Executive Body.
The Association will take up all cases, which may pertain to any of the objective laid out in the aims and objectives, and cases, which are of common interest to the members of the Association. The term of the Executive Body shall be for a period of 2 years. The Executive Body shall ensure to hold new elections timely. Accordingly, the Executive Body shall take actions in a time bound manner, so as to hold new elections and have the new elected executive body, start functioning and discharging its duty in the interest of association.
